"Severnoe Domodedovo" ILC, with "Eurasia Logistic" and "Mega-Group" among its investors, is currently the largest in Europe. Its total construction area after the completion of building works will total 1.1 mln. sq.m of A-class storage space. Convenient junction lay-out, close proximity to Moscow (11 km from MKAD (Moscow Ring Highway), high-capacity railway facilities (200 freight cars per day) easily make this logistics project the most important in Moscow Region. "Smart Logistic Group" CSJC is facility's largest leaseholder. At the first stage of its development, "SLG" leased 85,000 sq.m of A-class storage space and office premises from "Eurasia Logistics" for 15 years. Within six months following the opening of "SLG-Domodedovo" warehouse, it was operating at 100% capacity! Companies like PEPSI, VELIS-distributor, COCA-COLA, MICROSOFT and others are among its principal customers. Currently, the warehouse is equipped with a modern WMS-system, with TSW and Excise warehouse licenses pending. The launch of other logistical services is scheduled for mid-September 2008.
