Effective logistic of the ILC «SLG–Domodedovo» is determined by extremely favourable site, namely:
- Automobile access roads - distance up to MKAD-11 km, A - 107 "Betonka"-18 km; Line М-4 "Don" -1,5 km, Kashirskoye highwat - 0 km, Line М-2 "Crimea" - 8 km;
- Domodedovo - Cargo (avia)-11 km;
- A trunk-railway- Paveletskoye direction, station Domodedovo;
- R/w, adjoining to the warehouse.
All this options operatively allow to deliver and send cargoes as by automobiles of any type without restrictions on weight, so by r/w cars and containers and also to carry out avia-sendings.

«SLG-Domodedovo» consists of 4 equal blocks the area about 17.300 m2 each one. The general number of the loading docks equipped with docklevelers and dockshalters - 50.
Each block is equipped with:
- 6-level rack system, the supplier - «Nedcon SI ». 2-nd and 4-th blocks - wide-way and narrow-way lines, 3-rd and 4-th - only wideway. In the 1-st block about 5.000 pallet-places are allocated under TWH and HARDWARE;
- General for 4 blocks quantity of standard storage pallet-places(120 х 80 sm, height up to 1.85 sm) - more than 130.000;
- Loading-transport engineering is of the company "STILL"
WMS «Logistic Vision III Suite» (LVS), the developer - Mantis Inc. (Greece), the supplier - Ant Technologies (group of companies "Pilots "). LVS is a complex of software which effectively allows not only to operate business - processes of the warehouse but also to operate all supply chain, since forecasting of selling and needs and finishing by management of execution on all sites of logistical chain: manufacture, warehouses, transport.
Functionally the system provides performance of the following requirements:
- Unification of operations at warehouse, i.e. standardization of processes, economy of time and overhead charge;
- Processing cargoes in a mode of real time;
- Through identification of the goods (goods -packing-place) - unequivocal definition of cargo-place, mistakes are reduced to minimum;
- The modular warehouse system consisting of automated workplaces and mobile computer terminals of data gathering;
- An individual bar code on each goods or packing;
- Use both the printed bar codes, and already existing on the goods;
- Conducting of system journal on all operations, including the journal of identification of workers for conducting account working hours (registration in the system).
«SLG-Domodedovo» will be equipped with about 100 workplaces, including places of operators WMS, manual and stationary terminals for reading stroke - codes etc.
Warehouses are heated, temperature is not lower + 15 in winter, in summer + 25. Humidity is supported within the limits of 50-70 %. All parameters are supervised by the devices established in different parts of warehouses.
Fire safety is provided with automatic system, including infra-red gauges, gauges in office-rooms, system of notification of a fire alarm etc.
The territory of all complex "Eurasia" is protected by own security service and the security enterprise. The perimeter is fenced and equipped with videocameras. Besides each of buildings has the external videocameras supervising the adjoining territory. Access of motor transport - cargo and automobile is carried out through 2 check-points with round-the-clock guard. Entrance to the complex territory of railway transport is also through the check-point with round-the-clock guard.
«SLG-Domodedovo» is guarded by own security service. In the warehouses there are videocameras - opposite to each dock. All information is recorded with opportunity of fast extraction and viewing. Besides access to the warehouse and office rooms is divided into different levels: employees have magnetic cards to the premises connected to their direct activity.
Operational activity «SLG–Domodedovo»
In «SLG–Домодедово»a round-the-clock work of the warehouse complex on the system 24 х 7 is stipulated. At the general capacity of warehouses about 130.000 europallet-places commodity circulation will make about 260.000 pallets per month or approximately 433 pallets per hour.
Most of the personnel has a long operational experience as with advertising production of such companies, as JTI Gallaher Ligget, Philip Morris, Wrigley, Glaxo Smithkline etc., so with ready goods JTI, Philip Morris, GC "Mercury". The basic structure - employees of the National logistical company, the First Terminal, the West Terminal.
New employees are trained by the instructors who have experience of work in modern hi-tech warehouses. Besides training on work with the goods divided into different commodity groups - food production, tobacco products, cosmetic and washing-up liquids etc- is stipulated. On results of training employees take an examination then may be allowed to independent work.
During 2008-2009, the program of regional development Smart Logistic Group should capture except for Moscow and Saint Petersburg 4 more large Russian industrial centres
