1. Financial component.
The incorporated starting capital of the project Smart Logistic Group will make more than 50 million dollars USA.
2. Property component.
Incorporated property capital SLG of the project will make more than 100 million dollars USA.
3. Intellectual component.
The personnel of management of the project SLG will consist of 10-15 ТОР-MANAGERS of the Corporation " ЕМСТС " and some leading logistical companies of Russia invited under the contract.
4. Information component.
Within the framework of the project SLG a special information-logistical portal will be created in which basis there will be a collective of founders and employees of the information resource « Virtual customs house ». Internet resource will have constantly updated information about logistical market of Russia, countries of the CIS and Baltic. Forecasts and expert opinions about tendencies of logistic markets, description of new projects in logistic and many other things.
5. A technological component.
All warehouse complexes SLG will be managed by the uniform ERP system on the basis of modern WMS-. So in any logistical centre SLG it will be possible to look after a history of any goods in all logistical network SLG on-line. The given approach will essentially reduce the price and will simplify life of goods owners allocated all over Russia, requiring strict account, operative statistics and for fast acceptance of strategy of commodity streams promotion, especial in highly resourceful trading networks.
